Screen printing
Screen printing is a process that is performed by pushing ink with a squeegee onto the surface of a mesh screen, which is applied to it on a fabric or other substrate.
At BCG, the screen printing department focuses mainly on textiles, including t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, aprons, etc. We use Actisol ink which, after printing, is dried using a belt conveyor. Prices for screen printing are very advantageous when ordered in large quantities.
The price of screen printing depends on the number of items, the number of colors in the design, and differs depending on whether the screen printing is for white or dark clothing (dark clothing requires a white base, thus adding a color to the total price). Volume always makes a difference.
